On Saturday Morning Engine 124 responded to the area of Liberty Reservoir and Route 32 for smoke in the area. Engine 124 arrived in the area and found a large amount of smoke coming from the woods in the area of Hodges Road. Engine 124 request additional units to assisted with locating the fire.

Units responded to the dead end portion of Hodges Road and utilized ATV 12 to locate the fire. Crews were able to find a fire involving a pile of logs near the waters edge. Due to the location of the fire ATV 12 was unable to get close enough to assist with extinguishment, so Boat 13 from Gamber and a portable pump were used to extinguish the fire.
